Information We Collect
Depending on which features you use, we may collect the following categories of information:
Account Information: Name, email address, and username when you register or sign in via a third-party provider (e.g., Google).
AI Prompts & Conversations: Queries, messages, and prompts you submit to the AI Coworker or Agent Space, used to generate responses and improve service quality.
Context Memory Data: Information retained across sessions by the intelligent context memory system — such as your email preferences, project details, or workflow configurations — to maintain continuity and avoid repetition.
Documents & Files: Files you upload to Docspace, Fast Form, or other document tools, stored securely in centralized or IPFS decentralized storage.
CRM & Lead Data: Contact information, lead records, and communication history if you use Fast CRM or AI Real Estate Agent features.
Voice Data: Audio inputs when you use Voice AI mode; processed in real-time to generate text transcripts and AI responses.
Device Information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network info for diagnostics and service delivery.
Usage & Analytics Data: Features accessed, session duration, interaction history, crash reports, and performance metrics.
Web3 Wallet Data: If you connect a Web3 wallet via Web3space, we receive your public wallet address only. We never access your private keys.
Subscription & Payment: Payment is processed entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not store full card or payment details.
Log Data: IP address, access timestamps, app version, and error logs collected automatically.

Personalize AI responses based on your configured roles, team workflows, internal documents, and terminology.
Power intelligent context memory so the AI maintains continuity across sessions without you repeating yourself.
Automate tasks including email drafting, report generation, lead follow-up, form creation, and document management.
Provide Workspace features including role-based access control, team dashboards, and task organization tools.
Enable real estate workflow automation — lead capture, tracking, nurturing, and deal closure acceleration.
Process account registration and manage subscription plans (Fastpeer Cloud or Bring Your Own Cloud).
Conduct internal research and analytics to enhance AI model quality and platform performance.
Send service-related communications such as security alerts, feature updates, and policy changes.
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
05 — AI Memory
AI & Context Memory System
Fastpeer AI includes an intelligent persistent context memory system that retains relevant information across interactions to provide a seamless, continuous workflow. For example, if you share your email preferences or project name with the AI, it will remember these details in future sessions to avoid repetition and improve assistance quality.
Context usage is governed by configured roles and access controls set by you or your workspace admin. In team environments, context is shared only within permitted workspace roles.
You may clear or reset your context memory at any time via App Settings.
Teams can configure the AI using company-specific content — internal documents, workflows, and terminology — so responses reflect internal rules and practices.
Data used to power AI responses is processed by our AI service providers under strict confidentiality agreements. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their own public AI models.
⚠️ Avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information (e.g., passwords, financial credentials, government IDs) into AI prompts or document fields unless specifically required by a workflow you have configured and trust.
06 — Web3
Web3space & Blockchain Features
Web3space integrates AI with blockchain technology to deliver decentralized and secure services. Access to Web3space is exclusive to Fastpeer Business Account holders with active subscription plans.
Decentralized Storage (IPFS): Documents uploaded via Web3space are stored on the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS), ensuring data integrity and privacy. A minimal transaction fee in Fastcoin (FTC) applies per upload.
Polygon Network Security: Blockchain interactions are secured by the Polygon Network and the advanced Web3 security features of the Fast Network.
Fastcoin (FTC): Our utility token powers access to premium decentralized AI services. Token transactions are recorded on the blockchain and are publicly visible by the nature of blockchain technology.
Web3 Wallet: When you connect your wallet, we receive only your public wallet address. Private keys remain solely under your control and are never transmitted to us.
⚠️ Blockchain transactions are immutable and publicly visible. Once submitted to the blockchain, this data cannot be deleted by Fastpeer AI. IPFS-stored files may persist on the decentralized network even after removal from our systems.

Sharing Your Information
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
AI Service Providers: Prompt and interaction data is shared with trusted AI inference providers solely to generate your requested outputs. They are contractually barred from using your data to train their own public AI models.
Cloud Infrastructure: Hosting, storage, and analytics vendors process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements. In Bring Your Own Cloud deployments, data stays within your own infrastructure.
Team Workspaces: Within a shared Workspace, data may be visible to other team members according to the role-based access controls configured by you or your admin.
Legal Compliance: When required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Fastpeer AI, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with prior notice to users.
08 — Children
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App or submit any personal information.
If we discover we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal data should contact us immediately using the information in Section 12.
⚠️ Users in regions where the minimum age for data consent is higher (e.g., 16 in certain EU member states) must meet the locally applicable age threshold to use the App.

Data Retention & Security
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 10). Note that certain data may be retained longer if required by applicable law or for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

Encrypted data transmission using TLS/HTTPS for all communications.
Role-based access controls limiting who within Fastpeer AI can view personal data.
Federated learning approaches within Fastpeer Cloud ensuring data security and compliance.
Web3 Security powered by the Fast Network for all blockchain-related interactions.
Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and continuous system monitoring.
No method of Internet transmission is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your data, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. IPFS-stored files are decentralized by design and may persist on the network independently of our systems.
10 — Your Rights
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. You may also initiate deletion directly via App Settings.
Portability: Request transfer of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection: Object to certain processing activities, including AI model improvement uses.
Opt-out of AI Training: Opt out of having your interaction data used to improve AI models via App Settings or by contacting us.
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior lawful processing.
We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. To exercise any right, contact us at the details in Section 12.
California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
EU / UK Residents (GDPR): You may file a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe we have infringed applicable data protection law.
11 — Updates
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, features (including new modules like Voice AI, CRM updates, or Web3 enhancements), or applicable legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
